This reusable rail assembly jig is designed specifically for INTEX’s Hampton Extruded Rail System to help reduce installation times and labor cost. The Assembly Jig makes it easier to align, center and space balusters on the Hampton rail system.
Hampton Extruded Rail System meets commercial requirements of International Building Code (IBC) for spans up to 10 feet on level rail and up to 8 feet on stair rail.

Works Like Wood
Rails can be cut, coped, milled, routed, or drilled just like wood. Full line of custom newel posts and caps are available to add a highly customized wood look to your project.
Paint Adheres Better to PVC
There are unlimited paint options with Hampton and the superior adhesion of paint to PVC compared to wood. Paint brush strokes on Hampton rail make it indistinguishable from painted wood – a look that cannot be achieved with WFMEs. And in many cases, painting the WFME will void the warranty.
Problems with Wood Flour Micro-Extrusion (wfme)
Because of the need to build structural integrity into an inherently weak product, most WFMEs have closed tube construction incorporated into their rail design. Unfortunately these pockets can eventually fill with water and go through freeze/thaw cycles until saturation and cracking occurs and breaks down the product from the inside.
Cellular PVC Alternative
The Cellular PVC formulation used in the Hampton Extruded Rail System is proven material that has been used in the field for decades. This is combined with aluminum extrusion to provide structural integrity beyond what composites can offer.
True Hidden Fastener System
The Hampton Extruded Rail System by INTEX Millwork Solutions has a fastener system that is truly hidden. The hardware is completely concealed inside the rail. The fastener system used for Hampton will not rust and stain rail, columns or newel posts as seen in competitive rail products.
